New IMS Content Package Editor update

The University of Edinburgh have released version 1.1 of their IMS Content Package Editor.

The new release works with both version 1.0 and 1.1 of the IMS Content Packaging specification, and adds several new features, including a graphical metadata editor for IMS Metadata 1.1 and 1.2, including the IEEE LOM vocabularies.
