Click2Learn update Aspen, add SCORM 1.2 support

Click2Learn have released Aspen 1.1. Among other changes, the new version of the "Enterprise Learning Platform" claims support for version 1.2 of the Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) specification.

Other changes include additional tools for creating course templates, new course design wizards, e-commerce support allowing credit card transactions to pay for learning content, and improved support for authoring tools ToolBook and Dreamweaver.
