SCROM and Other Standards

Dear Sir/Madam , i am a student doing BSC ,for my final year project i am developing a Prototype of SCROM compliant LMS.Could you please help me on this bye giving more informations on SCROM Compliant LMS prototype (like which software to use to do this ,Importance of SCROM etc), AND more importantly which all Standards Corrently Available and Used and Comparison with SCROM.
