PROMETEUS Conference

The Prometeus conference in Paris has two major aims: 'Improving Learning through Technology' and 'Opportunities for All'. The first will be targeted by themes like bridging the gap between research and practice and exploring strategies for improving learning through new learning models and tools. 'Opportunities for all' will be tackled by focusing on barriers to uptake and use of new technologies for learning and examining the benefits and limitations of current standards for learning technologies. To underline the access for all theme, a pre-conference e-Learning survey has been set up that is designed to allow all e-learning actors and stakeholders to share their knowledge and experience in the field of e-learning technologies, content and services. The compilation of inputs gathered on-line will be presented and discussed at the Paris Conference (29-30 September) and a written version of the summary report will be sent to all contributors who wish to submit their email address at the end of the survey.
