IEEE LTSC face to face meeting

LTSC Working Groups will be holding face-to-face meetings in the ADL Co-lab.

Details of the individual meetings will be announced later, but for the purpose of making travel arrangements, we are planning to meet all day Monday and most of Tuesday. We are also looking into doing something touristy on Sunday afternoon for those who would like to see Washington during one of the nicest times of the year there.

IMPORTANT: There are two hotels that are conveniently situated for the Co-Lab. The Hilton is especially convenient because you can walk to the Co-Lab. However, as mentioned above, this is a very nice time of year so the hotels tend to be filled. Therefore it is best to reserve rooms as soon as possible and cancel / change later rather than to wait. There is an IDA rate (which has been running $149) which you can request if you cannot do better online or through some other discount.

Hilton Alexandria Mark Center

5000 Seminary Road

Sheraton Pentagon South

AIR TRAVEL: See the hotel sites for directions. Reagan National Airport (DCA) is the closest, followed by Dulles (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington (BWI). As with hotels, flights to Washington in May can start to fill up pretty far in advance.
