Tenth CETIS-TechDis Accessibility SIG (Special Interest Group) Meeting

The agenda will include:

  • Sharing Current Issues and Practice - Sal Cooke, TechDis.

    Current issues facing TechDis on a day-to-day basis concerning content development, assistive technology and standards.

  • Moving Goalposts Ray Reid, Staffordshire University.

    An outline of problems encountered and lessons learned during the development of an accessible version of the COSE VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) software.

  • Implementation of the ACCLIP Specification - Fiona Henry, Loughborough College.

    How the Loughborough Personal Profile Project has used the IMS ACCLIP (Accessibility for Learner Information Package) to provide different learners with access to the e-progress file.

  • Discussion

    Time for discussion about relevant issues.

There is no charge for attending the meeting and lunch will be provided.
