Craigslist + Google Maps... [updated]

I love this kind of thing; Paul Rademacher has combined Google Maps with the property site Craigslist to create an amazing visual property search application. You can even see the houses on satellite images!

The site is US-only at present, but this is a great example of the synergy that can emerge from combining web services.

Take a look at it here (mac users: use Firefox instead of Safari or Opera)

Update: even more fun, is this site for crime mapping using Google Maps. Back in the day I worked on a product called Watson Mapping (I think its called something else now) that did this sort of thing; although it required a load of Lisp code and a heavy-duty GIS system to manage this sort of thing...
