Well, maybe so, in terms of the heavy marketing waffle we've endured of late. However, services, and in particular the style of using XML and HTTP to glue systems and processes together, is here to stay. I guess I've tended to use SOA (or is it 'soa' now?) to mean both Web+Services and "Web Services"...
