Call for papers: Interoperable e-learning systems in action

The workshop is being organised and funded by the Telcert project and is sponsored by the European eLearning Industry Group, SURF SiX and European IMS Network. The workshop is hosted by the Open University of the Netherlands, one of the Telcert project partners.
The workshop aims to explore new developments in the field of developing and implementing interoperable e-learning systems, providing an overview of current work in the area.
The workshop will explore topics related, but not limited to, the following:
- Tools and methods for testing conformance and interoperability
- Implementing e-learning specifications and standards in practice
- Use-cases supporting interoperable e-learning
- Creation of interoperable e-learning courseware
- Application Profiling for e-learning specifications/standards
- Development of interoperable e-learning software
Although this list of topics is not intended to be exclusive, authors are encouraged to submit original manuscripts that are related to one or more of the above issues.
All accepted papers will be published in a volume of LNCS by Springer-Verlag and presented during the workshop.
Papers are to be submitted via the workshop website no later than 10 February 2006.
