The main functionality of this article is on the properties tab. Status: completed will make it show up in the navigation bar. Anything other than "completed" will hide it. Author can be exposed with Wilbert, if you like. Topic: is used by the navigation bar to divide articles into topics (the bits in dark grey). If you put in a new topic, it will make the article show up under a new topic header. If you use an existing topic, it will file your article under the topic's header.
